Meet our Pastor

Greetings I am Pastor Emmanuel R. Wells Sr. on August 28, 1985 at 7:33 PM on a Wednesday night 2728 Chalktah Road Baton Rouge, LA. I was high on drugs and drunk on Jack Daniels with a 38 snub nose in my right boot, 44 under my arm and 357 behind my back. On my way to do a demonic act and God saved me that night I am a living witness that God does work Miracles !!!!

Pastor Emmanuel R. Wells SR. is the Senior Pastor of Christ Temple Church of Christ Holiness USA located in the beautiful city of Seattle, Washington. A proud father of three beautiful children, married to one women for nearly three decades. Pastor Wells values family more than anything else.

Many people will claim that he willing to assist anybody at anytime and through this example of living he is teaching  people how to live in this ungodly world as Godly people. One of his favorites scriptures can be found in 3 John verse 2 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. I promise you step one foot into Christ Temple and you will have an experience of a lifetime.

Something about the Pastor from the Pastoral Staff:

Pastor Emmanuel R. Wells Sr. has been writing poetry since he was twelve years of age. He was inspired to write by writing that he read in school from Langston Hughes and recitals by Apostle Eugene Satlewhite. He was told by many people that he didn’t just have a gift to write but he was chosen by God to write.

Pastor Wells poetry has been displayed throughout the world and admired by many people from all walks of life. The topics that he writes about extend from one subject to many other subjects. He was told on many occasions that God has somebody who will write and speak about anything and that somebody is him. He had his first publication of his poetry displayed in the spring of 1987. Since that time he has been inspired by many to continue to write so that others maybe freed and blessed through his poetry.

Pastor Wells has the memory of a hawk and does not mind leaving you with quotes from his people that have showed him the way. He believes strongly that Education is Liberation and Knowledge is power.

Here are three favorite quotes from three important men in Pastor Wells life.

Grandfather  “get all you can and then you know how much you have to give.”

Father  “don’t forget the bridge that brought you over.

Father in Law “you don’t have to wait on me.”
