The Church Survey will be used to strengthen our leadership efforts. It will give a good baseline of accurate and objective information. Most churches operate from the stand point of gut feelings and really does not accurately gauge its members. The survey allow us to increase our ability to plan and organize. It will help determine why members are not inviting others to the Church they have chosen as home. It will also help you determine if you are happy being a member of Christ Temple and force you to examine your own commitment to the Future of the Church.
